Puerto Rico Destination Wedding ~ Day 2 {Scenic}

Here are some fun images of the area we were shooting.  I was in love with this bike shop that looked more like a bike cemetery.  I was wondering which bikes you were supposed to rent. In Puerto Rico there are tons of stray dogs.  Everywhere we looked there was a stray dog.  This one...

Mark Sweeney - Sara, beautiful images on all three days. Amazing shots. What a place!

Ryan – Photographer - I love all these texture photos Sara. The mood and feel of them all is perfect.

This is my own personal bias coming through but I keep thinking how amazing these would all look shot with film. What can I say, I’m a sucker for detail shots using film. :)

Great work as always. Cheers!

Sara - I can not remember the name of it but it is in Carlsbad. I know we parked right on the side of the road and went down to the beach.

Nelly - Hi Sarah, Which beach did you do this esession at? Thanks! Looks great!

Stephen Knuth - Great Job! I love the creative use of the video light!

jeramy - these are gorgeous sara….great job!

Chad Morgan - Love that shot on the rock, and that last one. Nice work, Sara.

Austin C Harrison - I love the technique it acts as a prop in the photo and also an up close diffuser great vision on your part sara

mark sweeney - Great shots Sara. I do love that last shot. Great use of the video light.

Steve DePino - great idea with the off camera video light /parasol combo!

John Heil - wow, great shots and great use of light!! Love that last one!

Sara - Austin – I lit the parasol with an off camera video light. I suggest bringing an assistant for this. Balancing the camera and the video light at the same time was not easy for sure! I snagged the parasol from a coordinator that has some extras from a wedding we did together. I love that it is white so it worked as a great soft box. Thanks for the comment!

Neal – Thanks for the comment and checking out the blog.

Austin C Harrison - love the umbrella pictures how did you illuminate the umbrella im guessing off camera speedlight

neal carpenter - Best use of a parasol ever!
